Glazing Warranty

All glass replacements completed by Canuck Windows include a 30-year warranty against sealed unit failure (moisture between panes caused by seal breakdown). This warranty does not cover physical damage.

Labour Coverage

• Labour is covered for 1 year from the date of completion
• After one year, labour costs for warranty service are the client’s responsibility

Service & Access Costs

If special access equipment is required to complete service, additional charges may apply, including:

• Lifts or aerial equipment
• Scaffolding
• Suction equipment
• Travel or mileage

Claim Conditions

• Canuck Windows retains first right to complete warranty service
• Photos or videos may be required before scheduling service
• Warranty may be transferred to a new homeowner (transfer fee may apply)

Exclusions & Industry Standards

• Applying aftermarket window film voids the glass warranty
• Minor visual imperfections not affecting normal visibility are acceptable
• Defects not visible from approximately 2 meters away and outside the primary viewing area are not considered failures under industry standards

Parts Warranty

Installed hardware and mechanical components include a 1-year manufacturer parts warranty.

Labour Coverage

• Labour related to parts is covered for 6 monthsfrom installation

Blinds Warranty

Hardware Coverage

• Blind components include a 3-year parts warranty

Fabric Warranty

• Zebra and roller shade fabrics include a 10-year warranty covering fading or discoloration
